sooo, the flea market at amcorp mall is rather

vintagey and
retro at the same time. just what i like.
i
almost got my hands on a 1969's original OLIVETTI typewriter.
the best part was, it still works!
it was on sale for about eighty-five ringgit, but i'd do anything for a cool collectable item like that, all the more it was in ORANGE!
the sucky part was i couldn't find a ribbon.
oh wait, were in the twenty-first century, aren't we? so you must be scratching your heads what has a ribbon got to do with a typewriter. the picture on the right is called a
typewriter ribbon. in modern world terms, its just ink.
for about thirty minutes, i was meddling with that cool typewriter =) me and the kind shop fella meddled with multiple ribbons but still no luck. the ribbons weren't consistent and dark. it was as blurry as a cheap company's receipt trying to save ink.
until then, the search for TYPEWRITERS and RIBBONS continue!
psst, imagine all the uber cool noisy and annoying sound coming from the typewriter, tik tik tik tak KRING, tak tik tik tak KRING!
